I just buy a new custom made pc.
I used it for 1 week, when playing games i plug in the usb type headphone,so there is no problem at all, but suddenly when i use normal 3.5mm headphone and plug it in at the headphone jack, the headphone produce fuzzy sound like fuuzzzzzzzzzz ,but my usb type headphone not doing any problem, this just occur when i use any 3.5mm audio device at the cpu. I tried updating the sound driver, nothing happens, tries to troubleshoot windows nothing happens,
So is this because of hardware defect?

Motherboard: Asrock A320m
I have no dedicated sound card.
Thank u

Solution
usually its the wire/connector or you have a ground problem (outlet etc).
usb isn't analg, and uses its own audio chip to convert the signal, so you will (almost) never have that kind of problem there.
uninstall the asrock driver, and dl the latest realtek one (R 2.82 or higher)
