FX-8370e with GTX 950?

Hello, so I recently bought my computer about 3 months ago, the specs are FX-8370e with a r9 255 graphics card I've only been playing basic games like minecraft and csgo I've been impressed with the performance, then lately I got GTA V and hoping it could run decently I got around 40-70 frames on low ish settings i was wondering if I upgraded to a GTX 950 would that help my performance in gaming?

CPU: FX-8370E
GPU: R9 255 (Switching to a GTX 950)
RAM: 12gb DDR3

I personally don't think so and definitely not on newer titles. If you can afford it I would go with the gtx 960, that will give you a better experience at 1080p. You should see an fps standard of around 50 at medium to high settings.

You might want to wait two weeks for GTX1050 and GTX1050TI to be released, they are expected to be in $120-$150 range and in many ways better than 900 series.

No I'm sorry but the GTX950 is not a " higher settings with 60 fps 1080p" card.
