Are Ga-p55-usb3l supports 1600 MHz ram(sorry for low english im a turkish)

Not listed as a speed supported, however, it supports a speed higher than that, so all you can really do is set the XMP profile for it in the BIOS and see if it works.
You'll know it doesn't when the computer crashes.
And if it doesn't work, then you'll just run it at 1333Mhz instead.

What pc components to you already own.
If you already have this motherboard and you already have the RAM, then don't bother.

If it won't run at 1600mhz, the performance difference between 1600 and 1333 is so small in normal usage you won't see any change.

But again, what pc components do you already own?
