Hello so i think i will buy this cpu cooler but i dont have 3 pin for rgb on my motherboard, so i dont know will this coller even have rgb on. Do i need connect it to make this work or 3 pin connecntor is just for changing lights ??

According to official specs, it does have RGB but fans use SATA cable for power, thus run 100% at all times.

And no, you don't need to connect the 3-pin ARGB header at all. That is only for LED control.
