I was trying to help my sister troubleshoot her PC that was constantly freezing and realised that her game always freezes every few minutes for 3-4 seconds. Initially I thought it was her entire PC freezing, however whilst watching her today I realised that her cursor can still move around and the sound still plays from her game. This is happening in multiple games when her PC meets the requirements of the game. Not sure what could be the cause of this issue? Could it be the SSD approaching the end of its life?

It was my old pc that I gave to her (except the GPU and Storage) and I never experienced such severe hitching when I played the games shes playing now. I removed the OC from the ram and cpu.

SSD : sandisk 240gb ( 50gb free)
Harddrive : hitachi 1tb
