Question Game wont scan and repair

Call of Duty Cold war keeps crashing on start and saying that I should scan and repair. I started the scan and repair and now it is an endless cycle of it scanning and then saying: Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot. : BLZBNTAGT00000BB8. I tried running it as administrator and deleting the Indices file as mentioned in APAULS. None of these worked, I JUST NEED HELP! I have a tournament coming up soon.

I also don't have any third-party anti-virus apps as I know of
