Question Games barely running all of a sudden!

I have a system I built several months ago. Ryzen 5 7600, RX 6700 XT, ASRock B650M RS, 32GB RAM. Yesterday, my system crashed when I was playing a game. The game ran fine and I was getting smooth FPS. Today, nothing will run properly. When my kids start the Roblocks app or basic games like Project Zoo, things are running at like 4 FPS. I have no idea what would have happened to cause this. I ran a Malware Bytes check and nothing came up. I started running a stress test but it takes a long time and temps looked fine after 10 minutes. What else could happen to make my system not run all of a sudden? Driving me crazy!

Also, when I'm using the internet it's very smooth but Plex looks like crap.

I would try DDU to uninstall GPU driver and reinstall it.

But before you do that bring up task manager and see if there is something bogging down resources. If it seems fine do the GPU driver.

Nothing in task manager but DDU seems to have fixed it! Why would that start being a problem all of a sudden? Thanks for getting it fixed!
