Its a SilentiumPC 500w model
That's the make (SilentiumPC) and the wattage (500w) and not the model. In any case, SilentiumPC has no 500w units that I would choose to put in that system. Just the 3060 has a recommendation of 550W. I would suggest buying a better PSU advising this tier list:

Choose Tier B and above. I always like to have some extra wattage for future upgrades so go for a 650w+ model in those tiers.

PSU is not the only thing causing issues here. It can very well be the GPU itself, but you should really swap to a better PSU nevertheless. I would try first the GPU in another system to make sure it's problematic and when confirmed, you can start the RMA process.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Can you please state the make and model of the PSU and it's age? Also, you should be having a higher wattage unit for a higher end platform, one that is reliably built to help protect the rest of your investments. Out of curiosity, what OS version(not edition) are you on if on Windows 10?

Hello i dont really know the model but it costed 60 euros ,as of the age its as new as all the compotents
Open the case and take a look at the sticker, see the box that it came with, see your invoice of purchase and ask the store that you bought it from, are the ways to find which PSU you have.
We do not ask it for fun, it can very well be the cause of the issue so telling us which one exactly is, helps a lot.
