Can anyone help me?
I feel like my pc is not working properly when i play games. I see posts of people that will a less powerful system can run games at better graphics and stuff. For exaple i cannot run BF1 even on low graphics and settings because it becomes laggy in frames and microstuttering. I went to nvidia setting to force the pc to use the nvidia card instead of the integrated one but doesn't seem that anything has changed.

is a laptop

Yeah, noticed afterwards, but you still might not be in dual channel with two different sizes of RAM. Run CPUz and go to the Memory tab to check how many Channels like in the pic below:

And here i was thinking i had been abandoned, but no, you just went to the second page...
22% on nvidia performance is ok?

Ha, yes, I posted twice because I didn't see my message on the first page! Had to delete one.

Anyway, yes 22% is actually a bit above average for the 960M. What Userbenchmark is telling you is that your GPU is at 22% in a list of 609 GPUs, including desktop GPUs like the 2080 ti. The average benchmark rank for the 960M is 20.5% (141st of 609), so again you are just above average for that GPU. Notice your result says your GPU is performing above expectations. See link below for 960M summary page on Userbenchmark:

Yes but still i have problems, a general low performance in every game when i do not have 60 fps and microstutterings that are related to the gpu, i saw on the graphs that the gpu goes down for a microsecond sometimes, not cpu. Apex legends i can run it only on low low low low graphics and not even 1920x1080. I use 1360x768 and even then is not completely stable.

Did you check if your RAM is in Dual Channel mode using CPUz? See my post at the top of this page. The memory is shared by both the CPU and GPU, so if it is not in dual channel mode it could be a problem.

Also, I think you can't expect miracles with a 960m especially since it is at 22nd percentile in a list of 609 GPUs including Titan RTX. However, game devs definitely want the most amount of people to be able to play, so that's why they give you control to reduce quality settings for better performance. This guy NicoGamer has some advice for Apex Legends on a laptop with the GTX 960M:

"Just click on Adaptive Resolution FPS Target and set it to 100, and disable Ambient Occlusion. Now you will see TURBOFPS! And especially check in the Nvidia settings if the game is set with the Nvidia gpu and not with the integrated Intel!"

What is the exact name/model number of your laptop?
