So, over the past couple of months I have had an issue with my PC.
Games randomly freeze and hardware usage drops. Both CPU and GPU load drops, RAM load stays the same.
The game freeze time can vary from 5-20 seconds, and it returns to running perfectly after the freeze until the next freeeze occurs.
Also, it usually, not always, kicks me from online games after a freeze with the message 'Unreliable connection'.
It
This happens in all sorts of games, all DirectX versions with all sorts of graphics settings.
Even in browser games from time to time.
Event Viewer says it is an 'appcrash'.
Thermals are good.
OS has been reinstalled from scratch.
Reinstalled drivers.
Updated BIOS.
Manually set RAM timing to manufacturer specs.
Swapped RAM slots.
What could be the problem? And is there a known solution to the problem?
