Question Games suddenly close, similar to pressing alt+f4. No errors , just closes. What to do

i have tried everything in my power to find what the problem is. I have recently upgraded my pc, but the first days it was fine and i literally havent done anything. One day its ok one day it just has its problems. Need help ASAP because i have lost too much time and energy and i dont seem to get anywhere!

Can we have a full specs list to see what could go wrong?

In the meanwhile:

Do you have any overclocks applied to your system?
Are you using mismatched parts (low end hardware paired with high end hardware)
Are your temperatures okay while playing the game?

GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

What do you mean with low end/high end?
My temperatures are ok, i check them everytime
