Can anyone recommend a good monitor for gaming for around £200? i was looking at the BenQ RL2455HM but i saw that it is a TN panel and i read that they are bad? maybe im just under educated but anyway, can anyone recommend a £200 gaming monitor?

The current crop of TN panels are pretty good, the colour shift issues seem to have been largely overcome and the colours are much better than in the earlier versions.
If you like movies, look for an IPS or PLS display, they do look better but for gaming a TN panel is more than good enough.
If you have a suitable AMD graphics card, there are a few 24" Freesync 1080 displays out there and as a recent convert I'll just say that it's a very, very nice piece of tech to add to the game experience.
