Here are the specs, but I want to make sure is that a fast gaming pc? The GHz are low, and will it be able to run call of duty, titanfall, and all the latest games?

To me this sounds like a second hand PC. It's quite old and you will have problems with all modern games. If you did buy it in only a couple of months you'll start pulling your hair off because the newer games would require even more powerful components which this PC obviously doesn't provide.

If you wanted to have a PC which would deliver today and be somewhat future-proof you would need to save some more money and build it yourself, or at least buy a pre-built PC that is up to date with modern hardware.

Sorry to disappoint.
