Geforce 9200 replacement

would a geforce 210 or an 8400 atx fit in a small form factor pc and does it matter if it's ddr2 or ddr3 ?

Just as long they are low profile! Ram does not matter!

DDR3 is faster but on cards of that range it doesn't matter.

that chart gives you an idea how powerful your card is and what would be an upgrade.
now im not sure, correct me if im wrong, but isnt the 9200 integrated into the motherboard, not a separate card? you will need to check if your motherboard has a pcie slot if you want to upgrade at all.
