My bad, I just checked the survey...LOL. All resolutions ABOVE 1920x1200 are less than 1.5% (yes, that's a 1 & 1/2 a percent) and my memory must be failing becaues 2560x1440 is less than 1% and clocks in at a measly .87%. Oops...Again, all of those who are using this and above have 2 vid cards (or more). Wisely NV is aiming at 98.5% of their target market :)

"4 Tflops"
Sure, on paper. Divide that by 3 for any ACTUAL compute workloads (unlike AMD's GCN architecture which tends to hit its theoretical peak). nVIDIA kinda reminds me of AMD/ATI's prior VLIW architecture in terms of not coming close to theoretical performance.

Speaking of drivers when will Nvidia fix the Tomb Raider and BF3 crashing?? The GTX 780 will be $600 you say...we will see!

The only thing that baffles me is that Nvidia veered away from reducing power with this series. How the re-branded GTRX 670 being a 760 Ti goes up 80 watts in power consumption is wild. 170w vs 250w for essentially the same performance.

GTX 760 Ti is the best deal and I think the gtx 770 is slightly overpriced. By those specs it doesn't appear much is different from a 760 ti and 770 other than 100 dollars more which I don't think warrants the small fps gain...

because it's a crippled titan. Look at the cores 300 less than the actual titan. Also to keep in line with their other launches over the years $500 is the sweetspot.

i wonder what would be the specifications of EVGA GTX 780 Classified.if they add the hydro copper heat sink+rise the default clock, boost clock, memory deck and bandwidth like they did with GTX 580 Classified, then it would add another 200$ to this price but making this more powerful and closer to TITAN.

@shankovich - actually not. To me, as a graphics professional, the Titan was worth every penny. It has double the onboard memory of these reported specs, more CUDA cores and a faster clock speed. That extra power, plus double-precision processing means I can do my job better. The titan is aimed more at the graphics market, while the 780 is for gaming. Titan is overkill for gaming but that doesn't mean it's overpriced for what it can do.

Once these are released I'm curious to see which GPU will be the top performance per dollar including AMD models. From the article it seems like the 760ti is the most reasonably priced.
