Question geforce RTX works bad in farming simulator 22

Hello i got gaming laptop with Geforce RTX 2060 and i wanted to play fs22 but when i started the game it was lagging even on the medium graphic setting it had 10-40 fps it was changing realy fast it was jumping from 10 to 40 then back to 20. I tried many tutorials how to fix it on Youtube but nothing worked it maybe helped littlebit but not at all i tried updating graphic card drivers changich power plan, changing Nvidia setting . next problem is that every few second in game my ping goes from 7 to 700 and its on 700 for 5 seconds then it gets back to normal idk hats wrong plese help this happens only in fs22 thank you

if downloaded through a gaming service rehash the files and verify integrity.

if downloaded directly from the developer; uninstall, re-download the latest build and reinstall.
