Hello all,
I can't seem to get XP to recognize my Nvidia GeForceFX 5200 card that I am trying to install in a friends system. I just did a clean install, and have made sure I have all the latest drivers (chipset and all).
The Nvidia driver install "seems" to go fine, but when I check for the card it just has the little yellow exclamation point icon and VGA Compatible Card listed. No matter what I try, it won't recognize what the card actually is. Also, when I right click on the desktop and choose properties, it only says "VGASave" for the Adapter, and won't let me do anything.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Dave
