Get more FPS in BF3 ?

My spec:
Intel Q9550 2.8ghz
4GB DDR2 RAM
ATI HD4850 512MB


Im getting 15-30fps in BF3 multiplayer, im using LOW settings with 1024 res.


PLEASE HELP ME GET MORE FPS WITH ANY TWEAK OR OC ?

buy a new pc

I bought ATI 6870, all works fine now, getting 60-70-100FPS on MEDIUM on a 64slot sever
