Getting as low as 5 fps on gtx 1080 !?

Hey guys, I have a problem with my new pc system. It has been only two weeks and suddenly I am getting massive lags like I am getting 5 fps 10 fps and there is some tauting, black screen flashing. Here is my specs:
Msi gtx 1080 gaming
Ryzen 2700 cpu
B350m mortar mobo
Gskill 3200 mhz cl16 2x8 gb dual kit ram
Corsair h100i v2 aio
Mastercase pro 3
Seasonic 620w 80+ bronze psu
Any ideas?

Black screen flashing you say? Sounds like a bad GPU.

Black screen flashing you say? Sounds like a bad GPU.

No thats like once or twice then freezes, and then again it works normally. Btw this is not happening only in games also in the desktop.

No thats like once or twice then freezes, and then again it works normally. Btw this is not happening only in games also in the desktop.

Still, losing display is usually related to the GPU. Are you running the latest chipset drivers and bios?

I guess so. I just used ddu and reinstall my driver. Seems like this fixed my problem. For now. I am thinking that it will happen again. If so I will send my vard for the repair. Or what should I do instead? Idk

Oh, sorry I forgot to mention them.
WD caviar black 1 tb 7200rpm sshd
And samsung evo sata 250gb ssd for my operating system and yes like I said it has been only two weeks
