I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, on a Ryzen 1600 and B350M Gaming Pro mobo.

Yesterday, I updated the BIOS to the latest January 2018 release and also updated the Nvidia Drivers. Since then, I've been getting the IRQL not less or equal BSOD frequently.

The computer starts up okay but if I try to download something or start a game from Steam. This BSOD immediately shows up and restarts the system. Please help.

*THIS PROBLEM IS NOW FIXED!*

I just formatted my SSD and then installed Windows 10 x64.

Had to convert my SSD to GPT format for that though but no data was lost...

So apparently the new BIOS update stopped supporting Windows 7 and caused the driver BSODs.
A fresh install of Windows 10 seems to work perfectly now.

This is the exact BSOD I'm getting.

I updated them now but the problem still persists...

Updating them was a pain in the ass anyways because I kept getting that BSOD.

Should I just roll back the BIOS update?
Also, how would I do that? M-Flash does not let me downgrade the BIOS...

Please help.

I think this is caused by windows update. had the same issue with my i5-2500k/Z68 motherboard running windows 7 x64 with igpu. Happened only after december window updates, not updated BIOS for a few years.

I haven't updated my Win7 for sometime now, I really think this due to the BIOS update.

I still have to update the RAID controllers but if that also doesn't work, I think I will rollback the BIOS update...which I also don't know how to?
