[SOLVED] Getting Low FPS on High End PC??

Hello everyone, I recently built a pretty high end pc and feel like im not getting the fps im thinking i should. Valorant medium settings is getting about 180-300 at times and games like rust im getting 70-90.

The Build
-ryzen 7 3700x
-asus ROG rtx 2070 super
-16gb ddr4 3000mhz ram
-asus prime-p mobo

Any help would be appreciated, all drivers are updated i belive

What I would recommend is reinstalling windows. Use AMD chipset and cpu drivers. Then get any additional drivers from motherboard manufacturer such as LAN or audio. Download GeForce experience for latest Nvidia drivers. For some reason AMD CPUs work better with drivers directly from AMD
