Question Getting micro stutters with good fps even after using ddu after gpu swap

I recently upgraded to the RX 6800 and I used ddu after just swapping from gpu to gou and getting these micro stutters in games but my fps is very high and I’m still getting these stutters I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s causing them or I’m just losing my mind

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What discrete GPU were you on for your platform prior to the RX6800? When using DDU, remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode then manually install the latest GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
