I've had my GTX 1080ti EVGA Hybrid FTW3 working fine for a few years.
I have it plugged to my LG C9 via hdmi and suddenly now when playing audio its a very harsh static sound.

Using my intel iGPU has no problems with the same connection HDMI -> LG C9 tv.
Setup:

Intel Core i7-8700k CPU
32GB Gskill Tridents
EVGA 850 G3 PSU
I have tried the following

I have tried the following
- Uninstall Nvidia drivers with DDU
- Replug PCI and Power cables to the GPU
- Disable IGPU setting in BIOS and set to PEG, This always resets back to AUTO
- Updated to the latest ASUS Bios
Thanks
