Question getting weird frametime spikes in game

i attached a linked to 2 video one in which the spikes coming and one where it just did not happens ,its weird that on tha same pc sometime it gives me framtime spikes and sometimes it runs smooth

i5 13400f
32gb ram
rtx3060ti
xpgs70 blaze m.2 games running on this

monitor : dual monitor one is dell 60hdz and another is samsung 75hdz
psu : corsair cx600 5-6 year old

If so, you should throw that PSU out the window, seriously and pick up a reliably built PSU with at least 650W of power at the entire system's disposal. I wouldn't put a green labelled CX600 unit in a PC build, even if it was brand new.
