Question Gigabite Z390 M gaming Drivers wont install

So I tried to install the drivers from my motherboard after I reinstaled windows on my ssd and when I open the installer the setup crashes... It worked before but now it wont work, tried to install the same cd drivers on other computers and the installer doesnt crash what can I do to install the drivers if it crashes the installer all the time?

you may be missing something required for it like netframe work 2.0 and or something like that usually it would tell you that but it maybe a currpted install of windows i would remake a bootable usb with a fresh ios and reinstall windows again see if that helps or install netframe work 2.0 make sure you have adobe and java some of them require thingslike that not usually but that was my brothers problem when building his new rig with asus maximus hero or what ever.... we installed windows 10 and went to use the cd and kept crashing on him. so we installed his usual things and turned out it was because he didn't have netframe installed before trying to launch the cd
