Gigabyte 990FX gaming VRM question

I have an Asrock extreme3 990FX mobo that has a very annoying 4+1 VRM. It always bottleneck, games that can reach 60fps have to be capped to 30fps. I know it's a cooling issue, I have a very low budget case - Bitfenix Neos. And to add to the whole cooling issue, the CPU is cooled by Cooler Master Seidon 120V.
CPU is very good cooled, but rest of motherboard heats up thanks to crap airflow with stock Bitfenix fans. And I only have 3 Fan spots so basically air only exits the case through the Seidon 120V on the back, and can't decently enter through the front two. One fan gets blocked by hard drives and the other is just so slow it doesn't even reach the mobo.

So my question is, Should I get the Giga 990FX gaming with 8+2 VRM. Still with this case, so the VRM still will not get any airflow, or at least very low. Or should I get the motherboard with a much better case? So yes what is suggested?

sorry for long post
tl;dr: Current mobo VRM bottenecks cuz of bad airflow, should I get new mobo with much better phases but still no decent airflow or new mobo + new case?

Yeah, I have read about throttling issues with that motherboard due to the VRM getting obscenely hot... a 990FX board with a 4+1 phase already seems like a bit of a contradiction.

To be honest, VRM's on any AMD chipset motherboard get obscenely hot, even with the 12+2 Fatal1ty 990FX. Ideally you'd be able to get a new case and a new motherboard. Which CPU do you have and do you really need 990FX?

Crap, thought I said what cpu I have. I'm running stock speed AMD FX 8320

Well you have a few options - You could undervolt your CPU to reduce temps and stop the board from throttling, maybe squeeze a good 970 chipset motherboard + a case into your budget, or I just saw that the Gigabyte 990FX-UD3 R5 is on sale at Newegg for $69.99 after a $20 mail in rebate if you're in the US.

From Belgium sadly, but what about a budget like €285? Can't fit a decent case with good mobo in that? Case doesn't have to look the best. I prefer practicality and airflow over the look of a case.

You don't need to spend a fortune, there isn't a PCPartpicker Belgium so I used PCPartpicker Germany but you should be able to get these in Belgium for a similar price -

970 option -

Or there's the windowed version of the Define S - http://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/yLDzK8/fractal-design-case-fdcadefsbkw

Well that case is damn impressive. Never thought of getting a Fractal.
But this is what I can buy right now. I know the mobo might be 'overkill' but it's on discount. And the store is the only store which doesn't ask much transport costs and actually quite cheap versus the others.

Edit: I have actually no clue if the Asrock is an good. It's a 8+2 phase as far as I can count

Pretty much this is what my build is (except my version of the board is R4 instead of R5), also with a stock 8320. It works great, has plenty of room for case fans (I have 5 -- side/bottom/front set for intake, rear/top set for exhaust), & I get decent temps even with the stock cooler (low to mid 50s C when gaming).
