Question Gigabyte APP Center/Ambient Lighting APP - - all the options are greyed out ?

Howdy yall. So right to the point. I have a Gigabyte GA-X99-UD4P motherboard.
According to the product page, this motherboard supports the Gigabyte APP Center and the Lighting Control App, but when I open it, all of the options are grayed out.

I have all chipset drivers installed, and have restarted my pc and reinstalled everything multiple times. Any clue on whats going on?

I installed the latest on the gigabyte website. The APP Center version is B16.0603.1, and the Ambient LED version is B16.0531.1

newer version might not support your old motherboard

Thats where I pulled it from. Went to the gigabyte downloads page, entered my mobo model, and downloaded both of them from the utilities download page.

Is there a place where I could possibly download older versions? Or would i have to just scrounge for some sketchy site with older copies of them?
