Question Gigabyte B450 i Black Screen

Hi, I just need reaffirmation. Apparently when im running with two stick ram 8gb 3200Mhz, orange led will turn on, but its fine when im running one, quick conclusion i did swapping and find out one stick is broke.
Second problem, my screen is wont turn on. I run with one stick, put my GPU, all fans is running fine but no display. Usually, i have this blue light setting for both Mobo and GPU, but even thought fans is running, the led is no more.
Can help me troubleshoot this?

yes. if one stick doesn't work on any slot while the other stick works. It is broken.

It this a working pc or are you building it?
full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

I been using it for 3 months. Unusual things happen is something it wont turn on but replugging plug is will solve it. Last week i bought the new ram, working fine for few days, then this happened. removed the new stick amd that the current situation.
