Hey i have Gigabyte b760m H motherboard with 2 sys 4 pin fan sockets. Case :Xigmatek Gaming X II model tower case with 4 stock fans, 3 front 1 at back and they are connected to the PSU.
My problem with this fans 7/24 works with the full speed and i am about to lose my sanity because of the noise.

here are the pictures for better understanding. Now i recently had an advice that there should be a cable for the white empty slot and connected to the motherboard. Is this true ? if so only with that cable can my motherboards pmw fan socket handle all 4 fans in 1 slot? ( 2 pictures in the imgur )

First things first, I went through the manual for your case and there's no mention of the hub you have pictured, nor can I identify anything that resembles PWM marked on the hub's PCB. Did you get any cable bundled with your case that might be able to hook up to the hub off the white header? If so what does the other end look like? If it's a 4pin fan connector that fits snig onto a fan header on a motherboard, then yes you're good to go but if not, and you don't have a cable/lead off of the hub, then I'd advise against wiring anything to the hub as you can damage the rest of your components in your build.

That being said, I think the fans are proprietary and cannot be manipulated, they are meant to run at full speed and the RGB on it are just a cyclical rainbow.
