I my name is Jay
My laptop specs:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz 2.69 GHz
Ram: 16gb
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060
SSD: 512gb Nvme
HDD: 2tb

I bought this pc a while ago and now it's overheating I've already changed the thermal paste and cleaned the pc but now it's heating up so much that it shuts down by itself I've updated the bios and I don't know what else to do, pls help me.

I used conventional thermal paste
I spread it well over the processor and on the video card

yes i tightened it well but i didn't use news thermal pads because here in my city it's hard to buy

I can try to buy one but it's hard to find and what would be the rpm of the pad the pc coolers are already 5000 rpm each

I live in Angola (African continent) and in my city Lubango we have a temperature of 24ºC

And one thing the pc only turns off if i have to play in performance mode but if i play in entertainment mode it doesn't heat up much and i can play or edit for long hours but the game crashes too much

Hi, first try once again and verify thermal paste and if you have termal pad missing , second check the fans to be ok , after that you can make a bios update for laptop , and also make sure you have latest drivers installed , after that you can disable video card Nvidia and try make a stress test for Intel video card and see if is the same ,https://geeks3d.com/furmark/, here you will find a software to test your video card , if all ok with Intel graphic , try enable Nvidia one and test again , also you can make the test without battery and check to see if is a difference, also when you play , try to play without battery, https://www.gputemp.com/, here you have a program to monitor temperatures , just test and verify.
