Play, or SUPPORT ? Yes, that board is having one PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 slot for the GPU. Do you also have a compatible PSU with you as well ? Rest of the PC SPECS ???

For playing and mostly for updgrade..Yes I do have a corsair cx430.

Okay...It should fine then. Your PSU is not the very bets, but it's not that BAD either. Should run the GTX 1050 TI.
