Question Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H turn on loop bucle reset no screen (4 units same failure)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You sure the CPU socket doesn't have any bent or broken pins? Might want to inspect all motherboard's for any blown or bulging capacitors or PCB's that are scratched, exposing a ground plane. Did you use a CH341A BIOS Programmer Toolkit to relfash the BIOS?

I bought 4 cards on eBay and they all have the same problem.
Were they listed as "working" or "spares and repairs"? I never buy old mobos from eBay unless they're supposedly OK. That way I can get a refund if they're not as described.

How many different CPUs and sets of RAM have you tried?

Four identical boards with the same fault sound like rejects from a repair shop.

All slots dear

There are 4 motherboards with the same reaction.

i7-4790 but It has been tested with i5 and Pentium on a separate technician and gives the same reaction.
Monitor is a basic VGA
Cooler china basic generic orange
4gb RAM adata 1600

I suspect this sentence has gone through an automated machine translation program because it's not 100% clear. Who is the "technician"?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technician

Have you tested these boards with three different CPUs, i.e. the i7-4790, an i5 (what model) and a Pentium?

Are all three CPUs specified as compatible with your BIOS version, as shown in the motherboard's CPU list?

Have you confirmed all three CPUs work OK in another computer?

If so, you've probably purchased four dead boards.
