I'm to upgrading to a GTX 970 and I'm stuck between these two anyone can help by telling me their differences and pro/cons to one another?

Go for the cheapest one. They are both very good gpu's....

I would say go with evga. They offer fantastic customer support.

might be a little late but go with the G1 because it is the best 970 if you want to overclock I can push it to 1500 on the core at really good temps
