Is the Gigabyte h81m s2pt Motherboard compatible with gtx 970 ? and does the motherboard support 64 bit windows ? i heard it has limitations to 32 bit windows..
It will be compatible. Whoever told you that motherboard is limited to 32 bit Windows is clueless; if it was then memory support would be limited to 4GB, not 16GB.

After Searching, i found out that the Asus H81M - C was better than the gigabyte one... should i regret choosing the Gigabyte s2pt over it ?
Could you explain why it's better for your requirements? The Asus is preferable for a business because it will be available for longer, but if you don't plan on building several identical systems over the next 6-12 months, then you probably don't care about CSM.
All i know is people are saying that it is more durable and better in performance... it has 2 extra usb slots too... no it is just for a gaming system...
Cpu: i7 4th Gen 3.6Ghz
x2 4gb rams kingston
msi gtx 970
and the motherboard is the gigabyte s2pt... is it recommended ? or was the asus better for the build... even though it is too late right now...
Honestly I don't undersatnd why the Asus would be better or last longer. I own a few Asus and Gigabyte motherboards and I can't say the Asus are better (stability or durability). If you could afford an i7, why not an H97 or a Z97 motherboard?
The whole pc would cost me 1200$ as the price in Lebanon is higher, so can't afford more... and thanks for clearing that up for me, i am receiving my pc today !
