Gigabyte p43

Hi. I want to buy a new rig with q9550 and gts 250 with cooler master elite 335.
I wanted to go for Biostar G41D-M7 motherboard. But, the problem is the biostar has only one system fan header but the case supports two. So, i thought of buying Gigabyte GA EP43 DS3L.
Is that a good board?
Please mention all the disadvantages it has. This board is at the dead end of my budget for mobo.

As far as i know its a pretty good board, my brother has it in his budget gaming machine and so far(its been good few months) it works great. Compared to that biostar i dont think it has any disadvantages, apart from price maybe ;]
