Question Gigabyte RX 580 RGB option not detected in the app

So I just got my Gigabyte RX 580 Gaming 8G that has RGB on it. However, when I installed it into my PC, the RGB lights up in cycling mode, but I can't find the option to control it anywhere on the software, I've tried AORUS Graphics Engine and RGB Fusion app. Is it because my motherboard doesn't support RGB?

Has anybody got any ideas on what I can do? Thanks.

It doesn't have anything to do with your motherboard.

It has to be an option in some Gigabyte software.
