Question Gigabyte x570 gamingx and ram problems

Hello, just built a new system but I just can't get the ram to run above 2133mhz, I've tried xmp I've tried manual overclocking but they just won't go above 2133mhz.
I've updated the bios to the latest version and then resetted the cmos.
The ram I'm running: TridentZ Neo 3600mhz / f4-3600c16-16gtznc
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: Gigabyte x570 gamingx.

Also I can't find any of the amd settings in the bios such as fclk or anything else that has to do with amd.

Welp, solved it by insterting them into a2 and b2.

You had them in the other slots, always put the RAM into A2 and B2 slots first if you have 2 sticks. Glad it was resolved

Actually, always read the manual first in-case it says something that isn't the normal configuration.

I actually read the manual which said that I could plug it in either a1 b1 or a2 b2, I had them in a1 and b1 and they actually showed up as dual channel but the speeds were wrong.
