Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 5 Heatsink "Protector"

Hi guys, one question... I havea a gigabyte motherboard GA-Z170X-Gaming 5 and it has two like heatsink "protectors"(?), red/black/white color, one on top and other on the left side, i notice it has little spings and it moves if you pull/push it... My questions are if this move is normal? Whats the function of this? and any advice of touch/pull/push it?

Yes it is normal I have the same board. I can't really tell you the function of it because I don't know. But I know that you shouldnt try to move them or pull on them because they can get damaged

Thanks VOREXUM, i accidentally touch it when i try to get it out of the box first time and i felt it moves, so after take off the plastic and look closer, carefully pushed it for verify whats the move i felt, thats it... so i was wondering to know whats the deal with this piece of... shardware...?
