Ive always had good luck with people giving good advice on here so I am back again to seek aid in looking over this build we put together in order to make my friends first computer with my old RX 480 I am giving to him.

That board in your build has weak VRM's. I'd wait a another week or two for the rest of the B660 DDR4 boards to show up. This one in the link down below should retail for right around $140 USD.
