Our formula and management structure are very innovative, and will set
an new direction in the FS world.
The network management takes care of daily operations ( technical
maintenance, software development, promotional activities, rulemaking),
but does not control the divisions or individual members.
Divisions and members have complete freedom to do what they want, of
course within the general rules of GlobalSim.
Country divisions can manage themselves independently and thus also
create a unique culture.
