Well god damn. Im mad.
Hello.
I used to boot/restart my computer in 10 seconds, in the last weeks its been taking 3 minutes(checked it with a stopper/timer)
Anyway,My motherboard is asus prime h-270m plus,Crucial 500GB SSD.
This is what happens - I power my computer on,It goes through the 3 seconds POST(Where it tells you to press ___ to enter BIOS) bla bla, then,It shows me the Asus logo and right below that the rolling circle. thats where it takes about 3 minutes. once it finishes, windows shows up instantly and just fine. I have no problems at all after that,NOTHING. Everything is smooth, and working great.
Heres everything I tried until now-
-Disconnecting my 2TB WC HDD + ALL usb plugs(Keyboard, mouse, headphones)
-Stopping ALL the non windows related services from loading up on startup(skype steam etc)
-Turning off "Turn on fast startup(recommended)" in power options
-Safe mode(Takes 3 minutes to load too)
-CrystalDiskInfo says both my SSD and HHD are in great condition
-Disable/Enable fast boot in BIOS
-Reset BIOS settings(Even though I didn't change them)

So,Basically, everything!

As you can see,it is probably not something caused by things installed on my hard drive/viruses/whatever, since I tried disconnecting my HDD,tried stopping all services and tried safe mode which would probably load up regular if it was the case.
But then again, the hardware is fine,Once im inside windows, everything works fast and smooth,so..
Please, anyone, what the **** can this be?

Im gonna try to re-install windows(going for the GOAT windows 7),but for alot of reasons I really rather avoid this, so please..

Get at least an h100 or equal water/air cooler like kanewolf suggested and let us know if it changes. Other than that IDK what could slow it down. Have you checked all the processes to see if one of them is known to use the cpu which will increase temps
How are you timing this? From power switch to desktop? If so, then your disk doesn't have anything to do with part of that time. Until the "loading Windows" (windows 7) or the window pane on windows 10, the disk isn't involved. It is your BIOS that is tatking the time before those events.

It is also possible that your DHCP is slow. Do you have any other devices on your router that are slow to boot ?

Any by BIOS I guess you mean.. the motherboard is the problem.. not the settings of the BIOS itself..
It makes sense now.. because my liquid cooler(corsair h45) is now making alot of noise and at alot of times when i try to power on my pc it says cpu fan error then i gotta retry few times. I checked it out, there are 2 wires from the cooler, one is the chasis cable and one is the "cpu fan" cable, but really the cpu fan cable is controlling the cooler itself while the chasis cable is the fan. when I take the one plugged to the chasis slot, it stops the fan itself but not the cooler, but the noise keeps going. so I figured its the cooler itself, not it's fan. so I disconnected the "Fan" cable, which is actually the cooler, and the noise stopped. Meaning its coming from the cooler itself. Anyway, could it be the motherboard causing all of this? is it slowly dying? I bought it like 5 months ago if not less.

It sounds like you have a bad liquid cooler. Maybe pump. That could cause the CPU to throttle or something, I don't know. Maybe get a good air cooler. They are much easier to identify if they are failing. I have no idea if any of this is related to your slow starting.
