Question Going ryzen 5 3600 and RX 5700 for the next few years build?

Hello there.. I'm really looking for the upgrade to move from the low/decent group to the "master race" and finally enjoy max graphics on 1440p with over 60fps on good games
and I want to really put the price (even though I wouldn't like to go full titan x) currently I have rx460 with a pentium g4560 and its not sufficient anymore.
my MB cant hold over the 7th gen so I kinda want to ditch it (sucks, since I thought about using it for upgrades but didn't take new techonolgies for account)
Ryzen is a good performance per money ratio and same for RX, so I want to go to the AMD club.
and I want ray tracing ( a must for me rn because of the upcoming games, (this horror, soviet, sci-fi like game and more))
to my checking ryzen 3600 and rx5700 (8gb) and MB for it plus additional 16gb of ram cuz I need would be great
everything else I got already (even SSD 😀)

but I want opinions.. for the next 2-3 years it'll hold? or I'll be willing to upgrade the next year?
should I be careful with the MB? I saw the B450 and one is X570.. and the price is more than twice, should I bother?

good choices, I will just get B450 and call it a day since major diff is PCIE 4.0, not worth the diff imo.

I just checked, ryzen 7 seems to be not far on the budget, and ryzen 5 3600x Is what I took into calculation accidently..
should I aim for those or ryzen 5 3600 will do just fine with the rx5700?
