Question good but not too expensive z390 motherboard for i7-8700k or 9700k

HI all, can anyone recommend a good but not too expensive z390 motherboard for my i7-8700k or 9700k? I'm not a gamer. this PC will be used for watching movies via Plex and photoshop editing.

Pretty good, it's a quality board. But to be honest, if you don't overclock most Z390 will do. Just check which features and ports you want.

so you're saying z390 doesn't overclock at all? what chipset is better for overclocking?
