Good Cpu Cooler for my system?

Hello, i`m building my new high end gaming system. And i need a good cpu cooler to run my cpu at 4.2Ghz .
I`m using a Asus Maximus V Formula and my case is CM Storm Trooper so it has plenty room for cooler.

What is the best cooler around 50-75 dolars for my setup?

And is the Evga Superclock Cooler good to run my i7 3770k at 4.2Ghz at low temps? Will evga superclock fit in my mobo without demaging it?

For 4.2 you don't need to spend that much. If not interested in going higher, look no farther than the ~$35-40 Hyper212 Evo. Fan that comes with it is fine, and if you set it to the lowest fan speed in the BIOS it will keep your CPU cool very quietly.
