CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($168.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-ITX Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($64.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Tri-X Video Card ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Rosewill Neutron Mini ITX Desktop Case ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($40.98 @ Newegg)...

I want it to be Red themed, and the reason why it is 800$ is the monitor is included. It is $650 without the monitor

Ah I didn't know you wanted a red theme. How much performance are you willing to give up to keep it red?

Solution

Oh I just meant that the case should be red.

I messed around a little with your selection and changed the Ram to red and the GPU to something different in the 280x (XFX Double D) the only reason I chose that 760 is because it said ITX. Then I looked at the Case overview, and say that it supports 333mm graphics cards... wow. So this is what I got: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pRfk8d

Similar to cturbo's build, a bit worse performance but red theme. PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MvwjLk
