Good MoBo for the phenom ii 965 BE?

I know the Mobo needs a am3/am3+ socket thing but I just want to know what mobo would make everything run the smoothest together and is easy to use. (80$ budget)
My CPU is the AMD Phenom II 965 BE, GPU is the XFX Radeon 7850 2GB, and RAM is 8GB DDR3-1333MHZ.

My GPU and CPU are both from AMD on purpose because I want everything to "click" together xD
