Good screen for gaming

Im looking at a new monitor for gaming with a budget of around 200 dollars, less would be preferable. There are so many numbers and brands and sizes and specs, so do you guys know any good monitors for gaming by experience?

I will eventually be getting either 3 of these screens or upgrading to 2560x1600 later on.

Any suggestions will be looked at and appreciated!

1920x1080 is the standard right now. IPS type panels are the best. Besides that you'll just have to do research and read reviews.

not really, i don't know them that well, search on newegg and read reviews for monitors you're interested in.

I found a Benq 24 inch on NCIX for 180, even has a 1ms response time and its the MLG RTS/Console version. I think im gonna go with that.

Well I have heard a few people complain about benq, I know asus is a good brand to go with.

My buddy just picked up a 1920x1200 from asus, I can't remember how big, but he loves it.
