Question Google Chrome website not displaying properly?

Does anyone else have a problem with the form not displaying on the Boots flu jab website from above? It works fine on Edge. I tried loading the website link in Incognito on Chrome and the issue still occurs - am I right in think that disables all extensions which could've been conflicting with the website?

I just tried loading it in Chrome myself and it gave a page can't be found error. I also loaded it in Brave which is based on Chromium and it loaded fine.

Thank you, seems like it's a Chrome specific issue as it works fine on Edge which is based on Chromium too I think? Cheers.

Works fine on Chrome here over 20 different platforms. The problem is definitely within your own system.

Okay, thanks for letting me know. I've tried on other PCs on Chrome and it still doesn't load properly.

Me too. The webpage loads fine but the form doesn't.

Bubblehead, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing in Chrome.

I reset Chrome last night thinking it was my profile and had to set it all up again. Glad though overall to know that it’s definitely the form not displaying properly on Chrome rather than my browser. Cheers for commenting.

The form is supposed to be there so you can book an appointment.

It seems as though there is an error on Chrome with the form for appointment type not displaying. @ex_bubblehead I reset my Chrome system after your comment thinking it was my system! Never mind, thanks everyone for helping me get to the bottom of the problem.
