ok i made post couple days ago it was solved
but the think now i would like to know if theres a upgrade to this problem
main reason is because while using adobe premire pro 2025 i get werid stuttering bugs while playback of videos that i make plus lockups i have not been able to fix
my gpus are rx 6800
and intel arc 750
i play old games gta san andreas with mods and edit for streamers vod clips and ps2 emulator
i record using obs and av1 settings with my intel card
rx 6800 is mostly for games and streaming and obs perfmoce i guess and at 1080p 60fps
budget is 1500aud
i have a rx1000i psu
my plan is give my old rx 6800 to my cousin
because i dont know if this is true i render my videos in h265 i would like to see if i could improve that
