Question Gpu blocking audio signal?

About two months ago i installed the Radeon rx570 gpu, since then its like its blocking the audio signal of my tv.
No matter what i try, i can't get sound over hdmi to my soundbar unless i connect it to the optical output of the tv.
Even when the computer is turned off, it still blocks the signal until i take out the hdmi cable from the gpu.
Does anyone have a clue what could be the issue?

Edit: the tv is a Philips 49PUS6412/12 and the soundbar is Sonos arc connected via hdmi arc

Which model Sonos soundbar?
How do you have them connected?

PC->TV(ARC)->Soundbar or
PC->(HDMI IN)Soundbar(HDMI OUT)->(ARC)TV

Its the Sonos Arc, all hdmi on the tv are arc supported.
I have the pc to hdmi on the tv
Sonos to a different hdmi on the tv

Different manufacturers implemented ARC differently.
Some work together and some do not.
You have 2 sets. HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0, both ARC capable.
Try a different setup with the ports used to see if things change.
